5. Misuse of the Site

We will report any breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will cooperate fully with them, disclosing your identity if necessary.
In the event of an infringement, we reserve the right to immediately delete your User account and prohibit you from accessing our Site, temporarily or permanently.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material from it, or from any website linked to it.
6. Sanctions
In the event of non-compliance with the provisions set out above (and in particular in the event of abusive use of any illustration, photograph, video or audio sequence, or any graphic on our Site), we reserve the right to delete your User account and to prohibit you from accessing our Site (temporarily or permanently). You must also, at our first request, return or destroy any copy (paper or computer) that you may have made.
We also reserve the right to claim any damages.
Article 4 - Privacy Policy
1. Information collected
When you browse our Site and in order to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect several types of information, including:
- when placing an order or creating your User account: your name, your contact details (address, email address, telephone number) and the information appearing on your credit card.

- Finally, we may obtain customer lists from third parties in order to invite new people to share the rocamboleparis.com experience. However, these lists only include people who have consented to receive promotional emails. In any case, all our emails include an unsubscribe option.
Finally, we inform you that our Site is monitored and that we are required to record any information concerning your visit to our Site which could help us to improve the quality of the services that we offer.
2. Use of information collected
Don't like receiving spam? That's good, we don't like sending it. That's why we promise to only use your Personal Information to improve our services.
For example, we will not share your information unnecessarily with third parties unrelated to the Site. For example, we may use the information collected on:

When creating your User account, or when you place an order, we record information about you intended for our company Good Brands SAS, the data controller, in order to carry out all operations relating to our commercial relationship, namely the creation of your account, the terms of payment, delivery, management of complaints and after-sales service, to provide you with the services to which you subscribe and to send you Typology offers.
In accordance with the Personal Data Regulations, you have various rights, including a right of access, rectification, and opposition to the processing of your data. To exercise your rights, simply write to us indicating your name, first name, address, email (used when creating the account) and attaching proof of identity by email to /support.
You may choose to stop receiving emails from us at any time. Instructions on how to unsubscribe from our lists are included at the bottom of all our emails.
3. How do you protect my information?
Typology.com has implemented numerous security measures to ensure the protection of your Personal Information.
We have the most powerful security system and servers on the internet. All sensitive / payment data provided by Users is transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and encrypted in our database. They can only be accessed by authorized persons, who have specific access rights to our systems and are required to keep this information confidential.
After a transaction, your private data will not be stored on our servers.
4. Cookies? I prefer muffins.
